Returns & Refunds Policy

At NUKNUK Limited, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out β€” and we’re here to make returns simple and fair.

Summary of Our Return Rules
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- No restocking fees
- Some items are final sale or non-returnable for hygiene or custom reasons

14-Day Return Policy (UK & EU)
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- All tags and safety seals (if applicable) must remain intact
- Customers must pay return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return
1. Submit a request via our [AfterShip Returns Portal]

Β  Β - Select the reason and upload photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

2. Wait for return approval
Β  Β - You'll receive confirmation and shipping instructions via email

3. Send the item back as instructed

4. Receive your refund after we inspect and approve the return (see below)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by submitting a return request through the portal.

Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A short explanation of the issue

We will issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings, panties/lingerie, swimwear
- Personal care or beauty products
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)
- Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)
- Final sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure about return eligibility, please contact us before ordering.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item, simply:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order separately

Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after return approval
- Some suppliers may take up to 30 days to process; we’ll do our best to expedite
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake
- Banks/credit cards may take additional time to post the funds

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason.

Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt
