Returns & Refunds Policy

14-Day Return Policy

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or customization reasons (see below).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Submit a return request via our AfterShip Returns Portal: Submit a Return

  • Enter your order number and email to start the process.
  • Select the reason for return and upload clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective).

2️⃣ Wait for return approval – AfterShip will send you an email with return authorization and shipping instructions.

3️⃣ Ship the item – Once approved, follow the provided return instructions and send the package back.

4️⃣ Receive your refund – After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please submit a return request via our AfterShip Returns Portal within 48 hours of delivery: Submit a Return

  • Include your order number
  • Upload clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Provide a brief description of the issue

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or brand policy reasons, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Lingerie (panties), swimsuits, and earrings in jewellery
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care & beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Final sale items & gift cards are non-returnable.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before making a purchase.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please:

  1. Return your original item by following our return process.
  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

This ensures you receive your replacement faster.

 

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • In some cases, supplier processing times may extend to 30 days, but we will do our best to expedite refunds.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without needing a specific reason.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, with tags, and in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
