At NUKNUK Limited, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth return process. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return.
14-Day Return Policy
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or customization reasons (see below).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Submit a return request via our AfterShip Returns Portal: Submit a Return
- Enter your order number and email to start the process.
- Select the reason for return and upload clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective).
2️⃣ Wait for return approval – AfterShip will send you an email with return authorization and shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the item – Once approved, follow the provided return instructions and send the package back.
4️⃣ Receive your refund – After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please submit a return request via our AfterShip Returns Portal within 48 hours of delivery: Submit a Return
- Include your order number
- Upload clear photos of the item and packaging
- Provide a brief description of the issue
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or brand policy reasons, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Lingerie (panties), swimsuits, and earrings in jewellery
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care & beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Final sale items & gift cards are non-returnable.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before making a purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please:
- Return your original item by following our return process.
- Place a new order for the item you want.
This ensures you receive your replacement faster.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- In some cases, supplier processing times may extend to 30 days, but we will do our best to expedite refunds.
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without needing a specific reason.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused, with tags, and in their original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
